Apartment in a family house by the dam

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

Apiary Bee hive

An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. A wonderful place, from which there is an amazing view of the region on one side and the Krkonoše ridges on the other. In winter, a well-maintained cross-country trail leads to the village of Strážné, 50m from the house, where it connects to the Krkonoše highway. There is a ski area in the village for undemanding skiers. In the summer season, an ideal place for relaxation, walks, trips on foot and by bike.

The modern house by the beach in Pastviny welcomes you. Enjoy private grilling right by the reservoir, with a built-in draft beer system. The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.
