The location of the property is in the alley but easy to get to.The house is older and poorly soundproofed, and it is noisier to go to and from work, but it is quiet at night and not far away is building a new house, there is a louder construction sound during the day and can not be avoided being noisy if needed to stay at home during the day.The host was kind and helpful, the washing machine was in the condition and quickly helped to resolve it.Suggestions could provide cups and a simple kettle for boiling.
