Located close to the city centre of Huaxin, this is a community-style villa with 24-hour security on duty at the entrance. The villa covers an area of 580 square metres, with a spacious double parking space in the courtyard and an extra-large garden area of 400 square metres. It is situated in a natural environment, surrounded by tall coconut trees and lush greenery, creating a small oasis. The villa is equipped with a green area, a BBQ area, a swimming pool, and an outdoor lounge area.Double pool design, salt water circulation system (4 * 8m main pool +2 * 4.6m kids pool). The indoor oversized living room opens, 3.3 meters high, 200° C wide corner floor windows, wide view, transparent, and simple and comfortable.
