The 60m2 apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with an internal view, so it is very quiet. It is available for 3 people, has a double bedroom, full bathroom with hot water, living room with a sofa bed, half bathroom, implemented kitchen and laundry. Wifi for exclusive use of the apartment.
