Holiday rentals in Hughes County

Oh goodness what a precious place! And precious folks that rented to us! We watched the sunset with the deer 🦌 while sitting on the outside swing! This place is perfect for a nice romantic getaway! We truly enjoyed our night! Everything was clean, organized and so quaint! We absolutely loved it!

The place was quaint and very spacious. The only issue I had ran into is the WiFi is either limited or not active in the evening. I may have used quite a bit of data as I am currently working on two lawsuits and was consistently using both my laptop and my phone which could have been the issue. On a regular usage basis it may not actually appear as an issue.

Wilma and Bob are excellent hosts. They have a beautiful property with a vineyard and nice wine shop. We rented the largest cabin which gave us plenty of room. It had a beautiful view of their lake and two large porches with seating to enjoy the countryside from. The cabin was well appointed and I would have no problem staying there for an extended stay. It was very quiet and peaceful there.

Exactly what we needed to relax. Beautiful scenery and peaceful. Definitely do the free wine tasting, it’s the best we’ve ever had!

When looking for places to stay, many times the photos are better than the actual property. In the case of Wilma and Bobby's place, the actual lodging and surrounding area was outstanding, above expectations and their hospitality was well above and beyond without being overbearing. We had a fantastic 3 days! Thank You!

Beautiful cabin for a weekend getaway! Enjoyed visit to the winery and hosts were a great visit. Cabins were beautiful and very relaxing right on the water. Highly recommend, we will be back for sure.
