Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Proximity to both the sea with several swimming coves and nature within walking distance. Service is within walking distance at Kungsporten with bakery, food hall, grocery store, pharmacy, health center, etc. Short walk to express bus into Gothenburg. Close to several golf courses.

Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Camping cabin on a farm

Simple camping cabin located on the edge of the farm's garden. The cabin has one room with a simple kitchen and a bunk bed with two beds plus two beds in a sofa bed. Toilet with separate, simple shower with hot water, which is located about 50 meters from the cottage. Toilet and shower are shared with our other camping cabin. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be purchased for SEK 100/set. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 300. Failure to clean will be charged at 400:-

Welcome to our pleasant and well-planned eight-apartment house in Billdal, just south of Gothenburg. Here you live in a quiet area close to nature, with proximity to the sea, swimming and convenient transport links. A 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to central Gothenburg in 30 minutes. 10 minutes' walk to lovely bathing coves. New Hovås is 10 minutes away by bus or car. There is a large grocery store, several restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy and an off-licence.

The cottage has a private patio with a sunny location without direct visibility. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Billdal/Nya Hovås offers shops, pharmacies and liquor stores.
