Do you want to live in a rural setting but still in a new, fresh place with a high standard of living? Just outside Åsarp, in a secluded location, is this newly built, lovely apartment that was completed in 2021. The apartment is located on the second floor in a garage/storage building on the property. The accommodation is suitable for an overnight stay or perhaps as a base if you want to visit the surrounding areas of Falbygden to the north and Ätradalen to the south. The location close to nature provides peace and quiet, while it is only 600 m to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

Welcome! When you step in, the entrance lights are turned off by motion. Take off your outerwear/shoes and follow the stairs down to the living room with a sleeping alcove that offers adjustable beds, sofa and armchair. Choose from TV or big screen projector for best movie experience. Mibox gives you several apps for streaming. Wi-Fi is available! The kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, a microwave, a fridge, an induction hob, a convection fryer and a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage. Electric vehicle charging available at a small cost.

Newly renovated 19th-century cottage in Falbygden

All amenities are available, while the old-fashioned atmosphere is preserved with a kitchen stove and fireplace. The cottage is a wing building of 60 sqm. The courtyard has a big yard. During the season you can buy vegetables, fruits, berries and flowers directly from the garden in the small farm shop. The cottage has a special garden with garden furniture and grill under the fruit trees. Bed linen and bath linen are included. Wifi 250 Mbps and TV available. Breakfast can be ordered for 90 SEK per person per day. Final cleaning can be ordered for 500 SEK.

Kattåkra Guesthouse

Kattåkra Guesthouse was completed in June 2024. It is a detached building in a courtyard environment that consists of kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with their own double bed, 160 cm wide. The kitchen is fully equipped. A patio in a western location is available, in summer there is outdoor furniture and barbecue. Only a few minutes away is SkiBikeHike with bike trails in spring, summer and fall. In winter, it is an alpine facility for the whole family. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just outside Timmele. With proximity to animals and nature and a living farm, you get a lovely relaxing holiday. In the nearby area, there are many hiking trails. Within about 10 km, you will find ski slopes with both downhill skiing, hiking and biking trails. Explore the city of Ulricehamn and its beautiful surroundings by Lake Åsunden. In Ulricehamn, you will find shopping, restaurants, swimming areas and the outdoor area Lassalyckan. The accommodation is smoke and pet free.
