Large, stylish and modern villa with lovely sea views. Spacious for 8 guests. Large living room, and large kitchen and dining room, all with sea view. Access to sunny terraces through large sliding doors from both living room and kitchen. Spacious garden for play and fun. The property also has both a jacuzzi and a fireplace. Below the house there are possibilities for swimming. There are also two SUPs available as well as two kayaks for those who are fond of the water. Centrally located close to communication to Sandvika, Oslo and Drammen.

The apartment has a fantastic location with sea view in the middle of Svelvik city center. Walking distance to all amenities such as restaurants, shops, eateries, swimming areas, etc. The apartment has facilities such as waterborne heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove (induction), Smart TV and wireless WiFi. Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

Light and nice apartment, 50 m2. Lovely surroundings! Perfect place for hiking and relaxing. Private entrance and private patio outside. Free parking outside the house. One bedroom with double bed and one single bed. 12 min walk to bus stop, 23 min bus ride to Oslo. 4 km to Sandvika, 8 km to Asker. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.

Lovely little house- right on the beach

A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.

The little red House in Hyggen

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
