My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. Sjöboden som är över 150 år har vi varsamt renoverat och utrustat med allt du behöver för en vistelse på vår underbara ö. Sjöboden ligger i vår prunkande trädgård med tillgång till en egen altan med förmiddagssol och en större altan framför huset med magiska solnedgångar. Sjöboden ligger ett stenkast från färjeläget och några minuters promenad till café, restaurang, mataffär och olika badplatser.
