Upstairs apartment at the Broadmoor
Cozy apartment in a historic home. Centrally located, the apartment is less than a mile from downtown, food and shopping, the cosmosphere, and college. Two miles from the fairgrounds and three from the salt mines. Our little family lives right next door if you have questions, need recommendations, or help with anything! Please note the apartment has been recently renovated but is in an old building built in the 1800s. It is an upstairs apartment and is accessed by a long staircase (pictured).

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
