Upstairs apartment at the Broadmoor

Cozy apartment in a historic home. Centrally located, the apartment is less than a mile from downtown, food and shopping, the cosmosphere, and college. Two miles from the fairgrounds and three from the salt mines. Our little family lives right next door if you have questions, need recommendations, or help with anything! Please note the apartment has been recently renovated but is in an old building built in the 1800s. It is an upstairs apartment and is accessed by a long staircase (pictured).

The Cozy Half

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Escape the stressors of everyday life in this small cabin nestled on 38 acres. This cabin is not only adorable, but it is less than 5 miles from the Kansas State Fair. Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.

The Little House in Yoder

Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! Add this place to your list of must-sees in the our community.... it's one of a kind. Note: Steps are required to access the bedroom on the second floor.

Oatney-The Morgan Farmhouse

Recently renovated and updated, this farmhouse built in 1895 is located on a quiet country road just outside of South Hutchinson with easy access to Hwys 96, 61, & 50. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the wide open view of the sunset to the west or watch the waves of wheat in the fields surrounding the property.
