This 17th-century barn conversion is full of character, featuring exposed beams and stonework throughout. Upstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen and living area with a wood-burning stove, overlooking surrounding fields. An outdoor balcony provides a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view. The property also offers a wood-fired sauna with indoor hot and cold showers, which can be booked separately. An on-site café and coffee shop are just a short walk away. The Paddock, Ullswater

The Paddock is a detached cottage located in the heart of the National Park. The property sits in the Ullswater valley in the village of Watermillock and boasts views of the lake from its private balcony. It has a spacious garden equipped with a tyre swing and a driveway to accommodate a number of vehicles. You can walk to a variety of pubs, the local camp shop, Pooley Bridge and Aira Force. In the evenings, dine in our open plan kitchen diner and then relax on the balcony or in the lounge.

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities.
