2000 sq foot semi detached (north wing) 100 year old recotry on a private estate. And yes that’s a woodburner you can see in the photo and yes you can use it :-))) The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. Our well carried out garage conversion, come guest house, has ample space for either a single occupant, a couple, or family of 3 with a comfortable double bed, and additional double pull out sofa. We are based in a quiet residential area of Billericay that is only 15 mins walk to Billericay train station & High Street and less than 10 mins to Lake Meadows Park. Commute links takes you to Southend, London, Romford, Brentwood and Chelmsford. We also have parking space for guests.

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!
