There are two dining places and a bakery (6/21-8/3). Several nice swimming areas, rocks and beaches, lovely hiking and biking areas. I run a clinic in the neighboring building and here you can book massage or other treatments. The little yellow cabin has a simple standard, but a high charm factor. You will see the fjord from the windows and the boats to Sweden. It takes 8 min to drive to Sandefjord ,12 min to Larvik. Torp airport is 15 min. Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

The cabin is located 80 meters from the sea, and has a large sunny terrace with a gas grill. An annex has a modern bathroom with hot water and WC. The cabin has a nice garden and access to a large lawn for activities such as a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Tjøme is bike friendly and there is a bike path along the island and all the way to Tønsberg. A children friendly beach, a summer open bakery, and a cultural center is within few minutes walk.

We are a family who rents out a basement apartment in our house throughout the year. We are located right next to a lovely forest and a stone's throw away from the golf course on Tjøme. It is also easy to get to the beach, pharmacy, liquor store, the end of the world, the city center, skatepark, etc. The apartment is bright and nice with its own patio, bedroom with double bed, sofa bed or mattress on the floor.
