The property sits on a plot of 250 pyeong and is a beautiful and picturesque accommodation, surrounded by a cypress fence garden and a clear stream flowing directly from the garden. Parking is available for five vehicles inside the main gate and five vehicles outside. This accommodation is a completely private and comfortable space for rest and relaxation, separated from the outside area, and can accommodate between four and twelve people. Additionally, there are adult water attractions at Bukgyeogugok and Suipcheon, both located within a 10-minute drive from the property.
