Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Amazing sea view, small patio with sun loungers and table. Swimming area with jetty and cliffs about 50 meters in front of the shed. Parking outside. Max 3 people. Best suited for 1-2 people. Not suitable for people with walking aids. Smoking is not allowed inside. No pets. There is an ICA shop on the island, open 24 hours a day. Café and restaurant are available. Sheets can be rented.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
