Holiday rentals with a patio in Iba

Best accommodation in liwa for me if you're traveling by group 💛 max 6 people inside the room but I bet, they can max it to 8 since the room is spacious inside. It's so clean and dust free, you can lay down sa sahig ng hindi mangangati. Plus, they have sari sari store with everything! Their kitchen is well equipped and clean too!. They have ihawan and fridge already and pang baga. It's so peaceful and no curfew for noise. They already have tables and chairs for your barkada. A few minutes away from the beach but their beach part is the cleanest in liwa tbh. Will definitely book this one again!

The place was exactly as described and pictured on the listing. It was comfy, clean, and had all the necessities. Check-in was seamless, location was pinned accurately on maps, and it was indeed walkable to the beach. The host and caretakers are easy to communicate with and tended to needs promptly. Overall an excellent experience and would have opted to stay longer if my schedule permitted

We had an amazing stay at Nova Scotia Resort! The villa we stayed in was well-maintained, and beautifully designed for a relaxing getaway. The beach was perfect for unwinding and enjoying the scenery. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape!

The room and pool were very clean especially the pool since it is always cleaned in the morning. The staff were polite and kind to all our request and they even served us a delicious seafood pasta even if it wasnt listed on their menu because they had some ingredients for it. The wifi can be weak at times but its not really a problem for us because we just wanted to relax. Overall this place is a 10/10 place for us and we are looking to go back. They are also pet friendly and even cooked a special chicken for our dogs.

Very accommodating hosts. Provided clear instructions how to get there- mejo malayo kasi pag waze directly to the place. Set proper expectations. Clean & tidy place. I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The cleanliness was absolutely pristine—every corner was spotless, and it felt fresh and well-maintained. It’s clear that great attention to detail goes into keeping the place in top condition. A special mention to Ate Jhoan, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always just a message away if we had any questions. Her warm hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The place is clean, nice and roomy. There's AC in the two rooms but not in the living room/ kitchen. There's plenty of fans in the house to keep the house cool. Cristina, their caretaker, was very friendly and responsive, and was there during check in and check out. You will see fishermen selling the fish that they caught if you go to the beach in the morning.
