Holiday rentals with a fire pit in İçmeler

We had a unique 10-day vacation experience. Our goal was to have a calm, peaceful holiday where we could get enough of the sea. Sogut and Mr. Çağlar's house more than met our expectations. We had the first communication with Mr. Çağlar, when we reached the house, his family, Mr. Hayri and Ms. Ayşe, took care of us. They are really great people. We are happy to meet them in addition to a magnificent holiday. Since they live on the ground floor, we have gained a great advantage in the immediate response to every need. The house is exactly as in the photos, 1-2 minutes walk from the sea and has every amenity. You have your own sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. The view from the house is more beautiful than it looks in the photos. You need to drive to big grocery stores in the area, it's a little far. However, there are grocery stores, butchers and grocers that deliver to the house. The sea is sparkling clean in Sogut, especially early in the morning. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all our wishes. The accommodation was spotless, and the location was perfect. The pool was also clean, and we enjoyed everything! For sure we are coming back.

The location of the house is very good, very close to the center. Quiet and reputable in a neighborhood. The garden is well-maintained and clean. The house was well prepared for the guests who arrived. Everything from the smoke detector to the medicine cabinet was available down to the finest detail. It was very useful for Özgür Bey and his sister to welcome him and give details and suggestions about Marmaris. A house we will be happy to stay in from now on.

So in fear of looking silly but wanting to leave an honest review. We arrived a day early. (dont ask, booking flights and accomadation separately with mutiple people can be confusing) Ehat was kind enough to organise a transfer from Dalaman airport to the appartment, and when we arrived (a day early) his response was fast and very helpful. thankfully no one was at the accomadation and he was able to let us stay a day earlier than booked. he also made a call and orgainised a car to collect us from the airport and met us at the apartment. (above and beyond helpful)

Everything was excellent and very clean. The host was very kind and friendly, and the place has a very beautiful atmosphere.

Very cozy and beautiful house! The host’s parents live in the same building, but there’s a private entrance for guests, so everything felt comfortable and private. The house has two floors and spacious balconies — great for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher with tablets provided. Just a small suggestion: it would be nice to have a bit of laundry detergent available for guests staying a few days. Beds were comfortable, lots of storage space. The host was super responsive and helpful — we asked for slippers because the floor was a bit cold, and he brought them within 30 minutes! He also kindly allowed us a late check-out. Location is convenient, not far from the city center, and about a 12-minute walk to the sea. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

The flat is nicely furnished and clean. Is in good location, close to the beach, restaurants and in central location. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise even during the night but in certain way I was expected this due to the location (high street). Overall I am happy with my stay and would do it again.

Gizem is a great host! The Airbnb is impressively clean with lovely interior and has everything you need for your travel also very accessible to transport, the old town, shops, restaurants and the beach. The taxi is in every corner and very cheap. Gizem was very nice and flexible to let us leave our luggage a day before we check in. It’s 10/10! Thank you!

Perfect place for a quiet retreat. Beautiful nature, good hiking to the nearby temple ruins.
