Grassland, birds, and architecture White Bird Rest Area

At an altitude of about 1000 meters at Kobozawa at the southern foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains. This is a private rental accommodation where you can enjoy the wild meadows and forests that spread from the southern end of the residential area, the mountain views, and the starry sky I saw a white rabbit spread its wings and fly up from the meadow. And because the deep white Heike form of the eaves looks like a bird, it was named "WHITE BIRD", and a mural of birds flying in flocks on the wall was painted The building is a unique structure with a central core, large windows on the walls, and an umbrella-like eaves. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen are arranged around the washroom, and each room is gently connected. And the large and small windows everywhere are like picture frames that hold the scenery. From the large window in front of the dining room, you can see the meadows and forests, and on clear days, the Southern Alps The deck goes around the building in a U-shape. I want you to feel the natural wind and light of the southern foothills. The east wing of the garden can be used as an outdoor living room. You might even see birds and wild deer coming to the spring water there This is an inn at the boundary between human life and nature * The capacity is 4 people, but for adults only, it should be no more than 3 people * The displayed price is for up to 2 people, and 10,000 yen will be added for each additional person

Kiso Valley, Nagano Prefecture | A quiet, privately rented accommodation built in 1931

Located in the town next to Narai-juku, Nakasendo's post town, a historic town that has flourished as a region for lacquerware from the Edo period. It was built in 1931 in this town, which has been designated a preservation district for traditional buildings and still has many lacquerware shops. Our house is available for one group per day, without meals, and as a whole house rental. It takes a little time to get around, and there are no supermarkets or convenience stores in this area, but I think that's why this place has a quietness and a casual, simple beauty to everyday life.It would be nice if you could stay like living in this old town, such as reading, walking, local sake (sake, wine), and sleeping slowly. There are no screen doors in the old houses in the valleys between the mountains, so in the warmer seasons, wildlife may come in.The 95-year-old building is not polished to a high shine down to the last detail. We are preparing to welcome you as clean as possible, but we would appreciate it if you could come with a big heart. We use the accommodation fees we receive from guests to repair the building, and I would like to start by taking care of this wonderful house for about 20 years so that it can be passed on to the next generation.
