Lovely Cottage near Amsterdam Castle

Een authentiek huis uit 1850, midden in het historisch centrum van het gezellige Muiden. Het is een sfeervol huis met twee slaapkamers, eigen keuken en badkamer, woonkamer, eetkamer en een riante zonnige tuin. Dichtbij het Muiderslot ( Amsterdam Castle). Veel restaurants, gratis parkeer gelegenheid, dichtbij strand van het IJsselmeer, vlakbij mooie wandel & fietsroutes. Binnen 30 minuten bent u in het centrum van Amsterdam! Met de bus van Muiden P+R ( 15 min lopen) of met de trein vanuit Weesp.

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Gelegen in een van de breedste grachten van de stad, dichtbij het Centraal Station, het bruisende stadscentrum met de vele restaurants, winkels, musea en parken op loopafstand. De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

This building was part of the Amsterdam water purification plants in the 1970s. In 2006, two of the original pumping stations were preserved. Located just 15 minutes from the city centre, this hotel offers a balance between tranquillity and dynamism. A supermarket and lunchroom are within walking distance, ideal for a relaxing start to the day. This special accommodation is 21 metres long and perfect for a romantic stay for two or a family with children up to 12 years old.

We look forward to welcoming you to our tiny house in the unique neighborhood of De Realiteit, where several special homes are the result of a design competition. The space is all yours and has everything you need. A double bed, bathroom and kitchenette (with combi microwave, induction hob and a mini fridge). There is also a terrace and you can park in front of the door. The area offers beautiful nature, you can walk to the water and you can easily travel to Amsterdam.
