L'appartamento si trova nel palazzo adiacente al Mercato Centrale ed affaccia su Piazza del Mercato Centrale. Come tutti i palazzi storici non ha ascensore e ci sono 60 scalini, ma una volta arrivati, la vista sulla piazza e le colline di Fiesole è stupenda. Il Duomo, così come la stazione centrale si trovano a 4 minuti a Piedi.
