It is equipped with fireplace heating, complete sanitary facilities, three bedrooms (on the first floor), including two with access to the terrace, a large living room with a kitchenette and a 40 m2 dining room (ground floor), a toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. In the living room there are also two fold-out sofas, a fireplace and a kitchenette. On the side of the building there is a large terrace with a brick barbecue.

It will be comfortable for 8-10 people, in the case of families with small children it will accommodate about 12 people. There are forests, lakes, walking paths and cycling routes in the area. The place has its own unique atmosphere and has already gained a lot of loyal fans. It is perfect for family stays.

Domki u Joanny are two holiday homes, open all year round. They are located in Przezmark in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The houses can be rented separately or together, which gives the opportunity to rest next to each other for a group of up to 23 people. The cottages are facing each other, on separate, fenced plots. They are separated by a narrow gravel road. A 5-person rowing boat is also available. The distance to the lake is about 250m, and to the forest it is about 300m. There is WI-FI in the cottages. We accept pets.

I have a summer house (new) for rent on Lake Jeziorak on Bukowiec Island. The cottage is for 4 people and is located in the depths of the forest on Bukowiec Island. Not far from the cottage there is a beach and 100 m away there is a bar with a shed where they organize parties every Saturday. There is a place for a bonfire and a barbecue at the cottage. The surrounding areas encourage hiking and cycling. Possibility of fishing and a great place for mushroom pickers
