The modern house is located directly on the lake shore "Niskie Brodno" with lake access via its own jetty, at the same time the property is located in the city of Brodnica with all the advantages of a city. A rowing boat, a kayak, stand-up paddle and bicycles are available to guests. The house is divided into two parts. One living area is rented, the other half of the house is private and is only used by me for holiday purposes. The public beach is a 5-10 minute walk away.

Leśne Ramoty is a unique house in Masuria, designed for those who value privacy, comfort and true contact with nature. Surrounded by hectares of forest and meadows, cut off from the world. The modern barn-style architecture conceals a spacious, two-level interior with a high vaulted ceiling, a designer kitchen, a fireplace and three unique bathrooms. Outside, there is a banya and a sauna in the forest, a jetty, a private beach, and several hectares of land to explore.

Adventure, nostalgia and tranquillity! We invite you to our oasis on Bukowiec Island on the longest lake in Poland – Jeziorak. Guests have access to a caravan with three beds and a tent with additional sleeping space for two. The rental price includes the use of a Kolibri 300 pontoon boat with a 10 HP Honda motor**. **NO PATENT**. There is also a large SUP board and a giant inflatable water ring for children. The shoreline is just 50 metres from the base.
