The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

We offer a recently built, self contained detached annexe in a quiet, rural cul de sac in the heart of south Somerset. Perfectly suited for one, the property includes kitchen, shower room + wc and bedroom with sat tv. The village of South Petherton has excellent amenities offering a host of shops together with two restaurants and a welcoming local pub. We also have good transport links (A303) to Yeovil, Taunton, Bristol etc and are only a 30 minute drive from the delightful Jurassic Coast.

There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
