Liked the house so much i stayed here twice in one month (and soon to be a third time). Highly recommended if staying in bangar!

My family & I had an amazing stay at Balay By The Sea. Tanya is a very responsive to our inquiries & needs so with Kuya Ogie, the caretaker. The location was so perfect, very homey, peaceful, spacious, clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay & would love to return again in the future. ❤️

this place is super spacious and nice to stay at. for family trips just perfect. sadly WiFi isnt available in all rooms (signal not strong enough) but it lets you come together more in the main room. kitchen could need a makeover but it's fine, clean and usable. beds are super comfortable! overall we enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend and come back when I'm in vigan again.

We had a great time at Kalubungan Farm View. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Would absolutely recommend to stay there! Love the place and location! Not near any supermarket but they have several sari sari stores around the area, they also have a pool you can swim at if you don’t want to go to the beach. They accommodated us with our request of late check out as well! Place was spacious and quiet, and when it came to our requests, they would immediately attend to us. Place is 10 minute tricycle ride away from San Juan Beach but there are tricycles passing by. Recommend this place!! Definitely will book again if planning to come back to LU.

When we booked the place, we weren’t entirely sure, but since we were looking for somewhere pet-friendly, we decided to go for it on a whim—and we’re so glad we did. It turned out to be the best choice ever! We’ve already promised ourselves that whenever we visit Vigan, this will be the place we stay. It felt so homey, private, and spacious, plus it had such a nice vibe. We really appreciated Kae going above and beyond to help us out.

Nice place to stay

The place was so cozy and super neat, all things are functioning except heater but the water was not too cold, so its bearable. - Shower areas (inside and outside) All are working good and neat. - Kitchen - wasn't expecting that BIG and SPACIOUS, it was so exciting to gather around and cook together, with complete kitchenware but better to have AC. - Living Area - So neat and spacious too, us 7 pax, were comfortable bonding in it. (It could've been better if it has AC too) - Bedrooms - Clean, not too tight for 5 pax in a room, still comfy and enough cold temperature. - Location - Easy access to Main Beach (Urbiztondo) but travel time cost 15-20 mins away, better to have own car because tricycle drivers will take advantage of you. (Not host's fault) - Host - Kudos to the host and Ms. Jona for taking care of us, efficiently. She was so responsive and accommodating us at its best! Over all, It was a good experience! Will definitely comeback to La Union to explore more!

The place is awesome for family wanting to have a private and quiet place to spend together. The usual busy hang-outs and restaurants are bit of a drive - but some of us wants exactly that. Having an awesome view of the beach and with a convenient but exclusive access to and fro the beach from the villa is good for those with kids. Plenty of space as well for the family and pets to roam around. Our furbaby enjoyed roaming around this pet friendly space. The house and space is IG flex worthy for those whose into that. Host and caretaker is easy to responsive and very responsive. Overall we would highly recommend this listing.

Mario's place is a good place to hangout with your barkada or extended family. Ample parking space and clean surroundings. This place is relatively far from the beach though, but it offers a clean pool.

Place was very comfortable and clean. Complete utensils and we love that there is a menu for good quality food. We enjoyed our stay and the location is very near to attractive sites such as calle crisologo. Definitely will come back.
