Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Ilsanseo-gu

I rested so comfortably and well! There were no shortages of supplies, and it was nice to have a lot of towels. Overall, it was nice that the accommodation was so tidy! I was satisfied with all my friends:) I want to use it again next time ~

I made a last-minute booking, and Louis was kind enough to accommodate me over the holiday weekend. The space feels like your own private bar and home theater in one. Since it’s underground and far from residential areas, we could enjoy movies at a great volume. The surround sound system is excellent, and the bar is fully stocked with everything you need to mix cocktails. The party lighting adds to the atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to unwind. My only minor complaint is that it can get a bit chilly, so I recommend turning on the space heater as soon as you arrive. Other than that I will definitely be rebooking in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would because this place is simply perfect. The apartment is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities I need. It also has very nice view of Seoul. Location is extremely close to station and only 10 minutes walk from shopping and food district. The station also has 2 lines so it is very easy to go around. There is also convenience store downstairs. Last but not least, host is very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I definitely will book this place again on my next trip to Seoul. Highly recommended!

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

I visited with 6 family members, and it was good for a large family to sleep, and it was also good for sleeping in each room while talking in the living room. The place was also very clean. Also, the subway station was nearby, so it was nice to visit other places. If I come to Seoul next time, I'll be using it again.

We were a group of six visiting South Korea for the first time, and staying at Sun Gi’s place was the perfect start! His instructions were super clear, and he was so kind! He even helped us with our bags. Check-in was smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed - extra towels, blankets, pillows, a washing machine, and even a toilet with a bidet. The terrace and cozy downstairs room were lovely for relaxing and hanging out. Sun Gi has some amazing local recommendations as well. And is a lovely person to talk to. The house was always warm and comfy, and it’s beautifully decorated with LEGO sets, artwork, and books! Sun Gi has great taste :) The location is super convenient, close to the subway, bus stop, and there's a convenience store nearby. Highly recommend staying here! it truly felt like home. Thank you, Sun Gi, for being such a wonderful and thoughtful host ❤️

Y was very responsive and helpful.. & quick to reply when we had our flight postponed unexpectedly. this place was super convenient & the airport bus stop was only a few min walk away. the warm toilet seat was such a bonus during cold weather :)

It was a great accommodation where you can use the whole window in the room like a bar while enjoying a barbecue in the city center. The bedding was clean and fluffy, so I had a really good stay, and the host kindly guided me, so I made very pleasant memories. 😊👍👍

I went to my son's military party and used it. It was spacious and cozy, so 4 people rested comfortably before heading out. Highly recommend for multiple families. It's a pity that I couldn't stay for two days because the trip was decided late. It was nice that the kitchen utensils were diverse and the amenities were good. I barely found a pet-friendly accommodation, but an additional fee of 50,000 won for one cat. There are no instructions anywhere in advance, so it's a pity to receive a separate deposit.
