It has 3 suites: one suite with a king-size bed, and two suites with two single beds or 1 king-size bed (at the guest's choice). The house is 650 meters from the river and the beach, approximately 8 minutes' walk to the river and 10 to the sandy beach, and 2 minutes by car. The entrance to the nearest beach is the Braz restaurant.

You'll love this place because it's very cozy, with careful decoration, excellent location, it's spacious and complete. With a garden, balcony, located in a condominium with security and parking. My space is good for couples, families, groups of friends and even business travelers (we have Wi-Fi). We've renovated it and everything is brand new. You will have direct access to the beach and another exclusive access to the village. The supermarket is right next door.
