Unique place, in a private condominium with only 10 houses with exclusive access to the lagoon and infrastructure that the photos try to describe… the house is very spacious and fully air-conditioned, has 4 en-suites, a private pool, indoor and outdoor dining area and spacious rooms. The condominium is 300 meters from the largest supermarket in the city and has easy access via Av. Paraguaçu. Less than a 5-minute drive you are on the seashore or 20 minutes in the center of Capão da Canoa. A portal within Imbé!

Beautiful house in a good location, on Avenida Caxias do Sul, downtown, a few steps from the sea. It is excellent for enjoying and taking advantage of the summer, well located and safe. Very cozy family home, very complete, It has a full and well-equipped kitchen, with microwave and electric oven, internet, free Wi-Fi, living room, smart TV with Prime Video, dining room, all rooms are spacious and airy. There are 3 very spacious rooms, a barbecue space with a table and a private area for 2 cars.
