I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. The accommodation is surrounded by pine forests and sasa trees, so you can enjoy the sea, mountains, and countryside, and it is quiet because it is moderately away from the village. It is 2 km from the accommodation to Namyangyang IC, and 100 m away from the East Coast National Highway No. 7 and the coastal road Haeparang Road, along which you can reach Nammae Port, one of the three major ports in Gangwon Province, and Jukdo, a surfing mecca. Also, the closest beach to the accommodation, Wonpore Beach, is 150 m away. Tourist attractions are easily accessible from the accommodation, with Jumunjin Port 5-10 minutes away by car, Gangneung 25 minutes away, Yangyang 30 minutes away, and Sokcho 40 minutes away. There are also surfing and skin scuba diving nearby where you can enjoy a variety of marine leports. Our host does not reside during your stay so as not to interfere with your personal privacy.

This is a European-style accommodation that occasionally borrows the second house of a host who likes to travel. It is an accommodation that contains the experience of traveling to numerous countries and seeing and feeling it. Most of the furniture and props are imported from Europe. We only rent for dates other than family use during long periods of overseas travel, so we always maintain a clean condition. Near the accommodation, where the hanoks are clustered, you can take a walk to Gyeongpo Lake and the low-lying area, which is quiet but a 1-minute walk away, and there are tofu restaurants and wine bar coffee shops nearby. This space is carefully prepared with the guest's heart, knowing how important the accommodation is in a trip.
