The entire building is divided into two sections, and can be separated by an intermediate chassis and used independently. As it is a little away from the city center, you can spend a quiet and peaceful time with your family, colleagues, and friends. It is located 10 minutes by car from Jukdo Beach, a major tourist destination, and 10 minutes from Jumunjin Seafood Market, so there will be no major problems considering the schedule or preparing the necessary items. This is a separate house for guests in a rural house located in a quiet rural village 15 minutes by car to the sea of Gangneung. Although the building is connected, it is composed of a separate building with a separate entrance, toilet, and cooking facilities, allowing for an independent stay. Free parking is available in the yard, and there is an outdoor dining area where you can experience barbecue with an electric grill (no charcoal/campfire due to the risk of wildfire). If you come with children, you can also try seasonal activities with the owner couple, who are like a rural grandmother and grandfather. The room is not large, so we recommend a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. It's narrow for 3 or more adults. We also prepare breakfast with a home-cooked meal like mom's only for those who request it (extra charge). The accommodation is surrounded by pine forests and sasa trees, so you can enjoy the sea, mountains, and countryside, and it is quiet because it is moderately away from the village. It is 2 km from the accommodation to Namyangyang IC, and 100 m away from the East Coast National Highway No. 7 and the coastal road Haeparang Road, along which you can reach Nammae Port, one of the three major ports in Gangwon Province, and Jukdo, a surfing mecca. Also, the closest beach to the accommodation, Wonpore Beach, is 150 m away. Tourist attractions are easily accessible from the accommodation, with Jumunjin Port 5-10 minutes away by car, Gangneung 25 minutes away, Yangyang 30 minutes away, and Sokcho 40 minutes away. There are also surfing and skin scuba diving nearby where you can enjoy a variety of marine leports. Our host does not reside during your stay so as not to interfere with your personal privacy.

We only rent for dates other than family use during long periods of overseas travel, so we always maintain a clean condition. Near the accommodation, where the hanoks are clustered, you can take a walk to Gyeongpo Lake and the low-lying area, which is quiet but a 1-minute walk away, and there are tofu restaurants and wine bar coffee shops nearby. This space is carefully prepared with the guest's heart, knowing how important the accommodation is in a trip.
