It is a beautiful villa of 80 pyeong with a total of 545 pyeong. The first floor is available for 10 people at 48 pyeong. The barbecue area awning is neatly installed, so even if it rains in the snow, you can barbecue while watching the sunset and the sea. It's okay to enjoy karaoke late. It's good for training companies, religious groups, etc. If you use up to one additional room on the second floor, up to 18 people can be used for a total of 14 people and two rooms on the second floor. The posted price is based on the first floor of 10 people, and we don't accept other guests on the second floor. There is an additional cost for using up to the second floor. (Except for the entire rental of the second floor, there is usually a manager in one of the rooms on the second floor) The entire boiler is available with heating, and there is a single-day medicine machine electric mattress on the bed and matrix in each room, so you can stay warm enough. In the summer, ceiling air conditioners are installed in the living room and all rooms, so you can stay pleasant and cool. There is a garden light switch above the front door for a great garden vibe at night when turned on.
