Malecon Beach House, Steps to the Caribbean Ocean

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

El Pretexto: Villa 1M

El Pretexto is our home and life’s undertaking. A space that combines wooden villas, an agroecology farming bed, an orchard, a forest, and a large wooden deck. Located in a very peaceful area in the mountains of Cayey with fantastic views all the way to the south coast and just one hour away from San Juan. Estamos ubicados en lo alto de la montaña, es muy privado y alejado de la ciudad, a una hora de distancia de San Juan y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Rico. Tenga en cuenta que dirigirse a nuestra propiedad es por calles con curvas y algunas pendientes empinadas, pero completamente transitables. Recomendamos rentar un vehículo SUV o un 4x4 para su tranquilidad, si no está acostumbrado a transitar en la Montaña.
