This is a newly renovated Georgian house, on a quiet residential street. The renovation has been done to the highest standard. Even though the space is incredibly modern, all of the original features have been restored with respect to the original build. The property is located just a five minute walk from St. Stephen's Green, at the very heart of the city. Recently modernized and renovated offers high spec living accommodation. Two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, an open plan sitting/dining room with a light filled kitchen. Dedicated workspace. Sleeps 6 people, living room has a sofa bed, plus full bathroom downstairs.

Newly refurbished 3 bedroom house that sleeps 6

The house is in a lovely area of Dublin City, very close to the Irish Museum of Modern Art, Kilmainham Jail and the Memorial Park by the Liffey. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and there is a separate dining room. The sitting room has a workspace with fast broadband. With free off-street parking, and a small garden front and back, there is plenty of space for an enjoyable stay. The back yard is secluded, has seating and space for eating outdoors.

Comfortable, stylish and secure apartment located in a gated residential development. There is parking available. Conveniently located a bus stop 3 minutes away on Kimmage Road West with regular buses to city center. The Ashleaf shopping mall is a 10 minute walk with a great Dunnes Stores supermarket, free parking. 5 minutes if you take short cut through park) Lorcann O Toole is next door with a kiddie’s playground and nice walks 🌳
