Modern house in a gated condo with 24-hour security. We are close to the headquarters of the condo that has a playground, lake, gym and sand soccer court. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 suites and 1 bedroom with bathroom outside the bedroom. Only 1 suite has air conditioning; the other rooms have fan. We have in residence pool, barbecue, court, trampoline, orchard, pizza oven. Ideal for families! NO locales FOR EVENTS!! We do not exceed the maximum number of guests.
