This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Due to the south-facing location of the property, the garden is in the sun all day. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately I was forced to increase the prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased the VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you ALL come back anyway.

Our rural farmhouse is located within walking distance of Bolsward town centre, on the Workumertrekvaart, the original Frisian Eleven Cities Route. In this rural, water-rich area, we offer you a spacious room equipped with a large double bed (2 × 0.90 m), a TV/sitting area, and a brand-new bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Additional sleeping accommodation is possible. We created this new space in our former cowshed, which adjoins our private residence.
