Worth every penny. Would recommend to anyone with a car looking for a vacation in Hua Hin.

My wife and I, plus another couple, stayed 4 nights here. We had an absolutely fabulous experience and loved the clean, bright, welcoming elements of the home. Tam and team were incredibly responsive and proactively reached out several times to make sure we were well taken care of and never lacking things to do around Hoi An. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay in Tri’s place was truly amazing. Tri kindly organised airport pickup for us and made sure we had a smooth check in. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with Tri’s team who were extremely welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay in Hoi An. From recommending local restaurants and arranging activities, everything was taken care of for our trip. Tri and his team went above and beyond for us during our stay, which we really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough!

We had a great time staying there. The Pool was fantastic and the location is great. The compound is well maintained and very quiet.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

I came with a few friends to Natthamon’s property and had an amazing time. Both hosts were very helpful and responsive with offering immediate support when needed. Their property is beautiful and we all felt very much at home. Only one thing is that the property is located 30 mins drive from Chiang Mai centre, meaning that it was a little bit long getting in to and from town every day. So if you are looking for a peaceful escape then this is definitely the property for you 😁😁

This home is a bubble of happiness. Full of small touches, coffee,water,... hot tub pool at its best. i highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our time in this villa as a family of 5 including 3 kids (13,10,4). The pool is the absolute highlight, especially for the kids. The villa is huge, and very well equipped. The contact throughout was spectacular, the team are super responsive. I worried about the noise coming from the other villas but it was silent, everyone was very respectful throughout the area and mostly families who spend the daytime out of the villas. A few things to be aware of but nothing that would stop me giving 5 stars: We had a car and we're pleased we did! Even just the walk to the main road is 3-5 minutes. Then, a dangerous walk along a busy road to Fishermans for 20 minutes. If you don't hire a car, use taxis! The beds in this place are the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced (like sleeping on concrete). I would book this place again.

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. I rarely go into much detail about my Airbnb stays but this deserves every star available. First of all super super friendly the owner helped set up our excursion packages, our driver accommodations, local restaurants, massages, and overall things to do. Basically any question I had they had an answer which is amazing. The villa was breathe taking and looks exactly like the photo 10/10. Security is in the front so not every car comes in and out which makes anyone feel better. If you ever are in Phuket with family or fiends this is the place to rent.

What an amazing property and host! Our family of 9 stayed here for a couple weeks and it was amazing! The house is beautiful, clean and warm. The host and her husband are super kind and welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend, will be back next year!

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

Really loved the location of the villa, it’s away from the crowd and yet just 3 mins away from the busy nimman area where you can have everything from food to massage to shopping. The neighbourhood felt safe and they have a security guard on duty at night for the village. The villa itself has a spacious design with nice front lawn and backyard for laundry if you need. The villa has all the utilities you need except some really personal hygiene supplies. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay!

Charming, quiet place surrounded by nature — perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the crowds. The bungalows are simple but clean and comfortable, with a lovely garden atmosphere. The location is just a short scooter ride from local spots. Great stay, especially if you enjoy calm and peaceful vibes.

beautiful house and clean, there is a street not far away to eat and do some shopping. There is also a linen and massage service 30 meters away ( the ladies are really beautiful) hosts are very responsive. if I can make a small complaint, it was missing the 1st kitchen kit ( oil, salt and pepper) we recommend this beautiful house in absolute calm.

The place is quiet and has lots of greens. A little far from the shopping and restaurant area but easy to access via tuktuk and taxi. We enjoyed it a lot here during our stay. The owner was also very friendly all the time and willing to help us with money exchange, etc.

Thank you for the excellent service that you gave us. The elevator was a great help for us since our baggage was all heavy. The manager help us book our lunch right after we check in--plus during our last day he also recommended some shopping area. Thank you for the free shuttle going to the airport.

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

Alexandra’s place is a gem along with Alexandra! Within 10 minutes of checking in, I unfortunately had a serious medical issue and Alexandra immediately helped me seek care and checked up on me regularly. When I was back at the Airbnb (stayed 1.5 weeks), I loved staying there. Right off Zen beach but quiet and located next to the meditation center. I am not able to rent a scooter so this location was ideal to walk to almost anything locally or get a taxi. The bed is very comfortable, the AC and hot water were strong. Already planning on staying here again. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I was there for almost a month and I felt at home immediately. Great apartment with good and clean facilities. We had a pizza night and met all other nomads which was great and fun evening ❤️ Thanks you Rama, Lucas and Marisol. I’ll come back :)

Highly Recommended Perfect location, roughly equidistant to all other areas of interest on the island Big comfy bed + blackout curtains + powerful air conditioning Fantastic unobstructed view Everything is exactly as per the pictures, except the bathroom which is actually bigger in real Host is 10/10, easy communication, super responsive and fast to react - The place feels homey and cozy Other comments mention loud music, which is indeed true but it's not as bad as described, parties are down to once a week and decibel level is not that excessive, for reference when streaming a show on my phone, i wouldn't hear anything else Keeping in mind the easy access, the proximity to every need within walking distance, the central yet with a secluded feel, it's like being in a nature cocoon but close the shops/stores/services/food Worth It
