STUNNING TRANQUIL BEN LOMOND VIEWS

This spacious bedroom has own private washbasin with toilet, the other bathroom is situated in the hall and consists of toilet, shower, washbasin and bath and is shared by other guests, hairdryers are provided in the bedroom, this room has its own television with DVD with access to the DVD library. Guests have there own private television lounge where tea or coffee is served with complementary home baking at 21:00 hrs if required. Full Scottish breakfast or continental style is served until 10:30am There is a Summerhouse sited in the garden where you can simply relax with a good book and glass of wine. There are several villages within a few miles, with great pubs, food and hospitality or if you prefer, we can serve dinner, reasonably priced,provided you give us notice. This is a great place to re-charge your batteries and although slightly off the beaten track, there are plenty local places of interest including Loch Katrine, Inchmahome Priory on Lake of Menteith and the Trossachs. The area is well suited to hill-walkers and there is no shortage of mountains to climb. Stirling is our nearest city (17 miles) or Glasgow (20 miles), Stirling castle and Wallace monument are well worth visiting whilst in the area. Babies and young children up to six years old are free. Children from seven years old up to 10 years old there is a charge of £10.00 per child including breakfast. Children from 11 years old to Adult 18 years old there is a charge of £15.00 per person including breakfast and there will be extra beds put into the room already booked, and or if you prefer you can book the children into my other listing (another room) next door which sleeps two people (if available) for £40.00.

Stunning Edinburgh 1820s stables converted room

The Courtyard Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

An Oasis of calm close to Edinburgh Airport

Only 15 - 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport by car. A beautiful modern family home right next to the Forth Bridges and Dalmeny train station and 20 mins to centre of Edinburgh. An ideal, peaceful spot from which to enjoy Edinburgh at all times but particularly during the Edinburgh Festival. A great starting and finishing point for touring (cycling) the North of Scotland. We are 10 minutes by car from Fife, even less by train. A simple and free self-service breakfast (buffet) is provided.

Easter Garth is set back from the road, in approx. an acre of gardens and offers a tranquil setting for a relaxing break. The house is spacious and many period features. All our bedrooms are well-equipped and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A warm welcome is guaranteed and wonderful home cooked breakfast is available (supplement required). We do have a dog, so not pet free.

Suilven Elgol Suite Isle of Skye

Well positioned home which sits up on a hill with beautiful views to loch Scavaig and the Small Isles. An ideal stop over in Elgol for a night or two to enjoy boat trips, relax and admire the beautiful scenery or on the Skye trail. Private access to a double room with own shower/toilet. A small hallway has a fridge with a few breakfast items (porridge pots, cereal bar)to get going in the morning. Kettle and tea / coffee in room. Run by a local who can advise well on places to go and see.

detached cottage over looking sea

The house stands on its own in a rural setting and is close to the ferry for the Island of Kerrera. The view from the house is over looking the Sound of Kerrera with yachts, fishing boats and ferries passing by. It's two miles to Oban which has a large choice of places to eat. There is virtually no public transport to the house. Taxis are available from the railway station area in the town. Visitors are asked to arrive after 17.00 hours and on the morning of departure to leave by 10.00.

This lovely build has air source underfloor heating, triple glazing and green roof. The views from the property are stunning over looking Ben Nevis all the way around to Ben Cruachan and a 1 minute walk onto the ridge reveals a breathtaking vista of the majestic Loch Linhe, the Morvern Mountains and The Island of Mull. You can self cater or book bed and breakfast. You will be close to local amenities 5 minutes walk to the Shop & Post Office, 15 minutes from the Heritage Museum and Cafe.

Twin Room with Breakfast

Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.

The Byre is a very comfortable and relaxing B&B in Connel by Oban. Set in a peaceful, rural location in an area of outstanding natural beauty with breath taking scenery.
