Lawton Cottage offers seclusion on the edge of a farm. Recently renovated, it is a space of delight and comfort for two people within easy reach of Lunan Bay, and has: a super king size bed with a Brooke and Wilde mattress a sitting room with sofa, chairs and a table for working a kitchen made of cat's paw burr elm from the farm a deep bath and close to net zero heating via a wood fired stove which heats radiators and hot water - logs provided Guest information on a link before arrival.

A very warm welcome to 5 South Street ! A traditional fisherman's home, with beautiful views that overlook the North Sea and a stones throw from Arbroath Harbour, centre of town and attractions. The property, built in 1856, has housed many fishing families over the years and continues to be at the heart of the ‘fit o the toon’ community. The ground floor property offers easy outdoor access. Real Fairytale Treehouse

Set within the grounds of Fernie Castle a beautiful authentic Treehouse with 6 living Trees growing and thriving. Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. With all the amenities of a 5 star bedroom, a large freestanding bath on the second floor with a small balcony with views to the stunning countryside it does indeed feel like a fairytale just remember to bring your favourite bubbles...

A newly renovated Scottish bothy, set in the grounds of a listed Mill building in the Angus country side. Just a five minute drive or 25 minute walk to the spectacular Lunan Bay. The bothy consists of an open plan dining and living area, one bedroom with king size bed, and a mezzanine level with two singles which can also be joined together to form a super king. It's a lovely bright and cosy building with underfloor heating and a modern kitchen.
