My family and I had such a lovely stay here. Being surrounded in nature it self was incredible.

This place is absolutely amazing. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. The creek was like a painting, and it was amazing to be able to walk down and drink coffee over looking it, or walk all the way down for a swim. There’s also a hot spring outlet just up the creek. The cabin was cozy for all nine guests. Check in was easy, Peter answered all questions and gave great directions. I want to come back. Thank you, Peter!

We had an amazing stay here! The cabin is nestled high up in the woods, very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub and back deck are great, and the inside is comfy & cozy with wood pellet stove, a well stocked kitchen, nice L shaped couch and tv, and lots of little amenities that make it stand out. Note that this property is located in Pierpoint, CA. If you like hiking or walks in nature, this cabin is only 30 minutes drive to the great views at Dome Rock and 45 minutes drive to Trail of 100 Giants. If you want to drive further south than that into Sequoia National Forest, I'd recommend an AWD/4WD vehicle for the windy pot hole roads, or stay closer to Kernville/Wofford/Lake Isabella. We enjoyed seeing the deer almost everyday at this cabin. Alex and Jake were responsive and fantastic hosts! Highly recommend.

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway! We had the best time at this Airbnb in Sequoia National Park! The house was immaculately clean, cozy, and had the most stunning views—perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night from the hot tub. The location couldn’t be better—super close to tons of amazing hiking trails, so we packed our days with adventure and came home to total peace and quiet. Big shoutout to the host, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re planning a girls’ weekend (or any kind of getaway), this place is a total win. We’ll definitely be back!

This Airbnb is a MUST if you are looking for a peaceful get-away in the forest. My friends and I are already wanting to go back! The house is absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the giant sequoias and mountains beyond. We were able to see the prettiest sunset I’ve ever witnessed from the comfort of the back deck. The house itself was just how it is described in the listing/photos. Very comfortable and clean. Kristin and Austin were very proactive in communicating any issues and checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our group enjoyed a brisk walk from the cabin to the 5th largest tree in the world, just around the corner of the Airbnb location. Recommended in the very handy guide book left by Austin and Kristin. The giant sequoia right outside the primary was astonishing to fall asleep to every night. Could not recommend this place more! Perfect for small groups or a romantic couple retreat! They have thought of everything to make this stay perfect!

Very comfortable staying here. The view was amazing from the house and the trails around the area were definitely worth doing!!

We had a wonderful time at this house! The surrounding mountains created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the jacuzzi — such a treat after a day of exploring. The only small suggestion would be to provide disposable slippers, as it’s a bit uncomfortable to walk barefoot after using the jacuzzi. Everything else was perfect — we’d be happy to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in Sequoia Crest! It was the perfect retreat for our family, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The cabin was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make us feel right at home. The proximity to Sequoia National Park was a huge bonus, allowing us to enjoy stunning hikes and breathtaking scenery. We highly recommend this gem and look forward to returning!

This cabin has already become our favourite place to stay in the beautiful Sequoia Forest. As always, a trip to this magical place is an incredible and unforgettable experience, a place where you want to come again and again! Beautiful cozy cabin with some great decorations of Sequoia Giant trees. It’s a great quiet place to meditate and refresh!

We had a nice 2-night stay. Beds were comfortable. Showers worked well. Kitchen well stocked. We bought all groceries we would need in Bakersfield. There is a small grocery/restaurant very close, but we didn't go in. It's a nice 45 minute drive to the closest site in Sequoia: Trail of 100 Giants. The only issue (and it is general to the area and not specific to this cabin) is that there is no cell service in the area. Coming from the west, we lost it about Ducor, and didn't regain it until we returned to that point. Just be aware in case you need to communicate with anyone by means other than through WiFi at the cabin (which worked fine). The specific issue I had was that text-based or cell-call two-factor authentication is not possible.

There are only 3 homes that I would stay at in Kern depending on the size of our group and Emma’s home is one of them. We were two couples and the home was perfect for us. The backyard was so relaxing to enjoy at evening time. We had bbq, wine, music, and watched the deers just go by. We were also walking distance to Kern where we had a nice picnic and enjoyed our day. The home was clean and in the perfect location for any kern river activity anyone wants to do. We will definitely be coming back to Emma’s home.

On the side of this cabin is a sign that says “A Cool Place To Stay In A Very Hot Little Town.” It’s true! There was more than enough indoor and outdoor space for our party of 3. We enjoyed having breakfast on the outdoor patio and even got in a couple of games of darts. Both bedrooms were comfortable and I especially appreciated the attention to details in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were there to explore Death Valley so we didn’t really go anywhere else in Beatty. We would definitely recommend this cool place!

Meredith was super helpful immediately upon booking up until we checked out ! She provides detailed instructions on how to get there as well as how to use and turn everything on. She also provides different hiking trails that you can drive to. However, The location wasn’t as private as we expected, the cabin is located in someone’s backyard and you’re surrounded by other cabins whose residents live there. They’re all friendly and have friendly dogs but definitely keep in mind if you’re looking or expecting something a little more secluded and private. Initially upon booking I was torn between 3 different cabins and ultimately I chose this one because the pictures of the hammock over the creek. Once we got there we realized there wasn’t a hammock over the creek which was a little disappointing but she does provide a hammock for you to hang up in front of the cabin and some yoga mats and games. We did find an old condom wrapper on the floor but aside from that the place was super clean

The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The home was newly remodeled and in good condition. We would stay here again in the future.

Christopher is a super host. He is very reachable and friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay at his house. The house is cute, peaceful, very clean and has everything you need to enjoy the peace of the nature. Thank you Christopher for being such a great host and for sharing your beautiful house with us.

This cabin is beautiful. It has AMAZING views and was exactly as pictured. Honestly the cabin felt bigger than pictured. It was very open and spacious. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. If you are unfamiliar with the drive up the mountain I recommend driving during the day vs at night. We had a great stay and hope to come back soon.

Loved our stay at Greg’s place! Had all we needed for a family of four, areas of the home are well thought out! Just enough snow near the home for the kiddos to stay busy for hours, plus a porch area and grill! Perfection!

Great cabin in a beautiful, remote location. New appliances, nice furnitures and finishing with a very cozy and easy to operate fire place. We really liked it here , be prepared to be away from grocery stores, so bring everything. Totally recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Trout River Cabin. Large, spacious house that was very comfortable. My kids loved exploring the yard and found all kinds of critters. We hope to return sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy retreat! The scenic drive leading up to the property was breathtaking, and it’s just a short walk to a peaceful creek. We enjoyed spotting deer, hearing birds chirp, and watching squirrels in the area – such a nice touch of nature. The place was exactly as described – warm, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The patio and deck provided the perfect spot to relax outdoors. It was incredibly tranquil and peaceful, ideal for a getaway. Just a heads-up: you'll need to take your trash with you, as there's no onsite disposal. Highly recommend for a restful escape!
