Holiday rentals with beach access in Ionian Sea

Devo dire che Giulia è una persona molto attenta, la casa in ordine, pulita e soprattutto fresca, i servizi che offre sono quelli giusti per una vacanza piacevole e spensierata.

Our visit at Xhemi’s place was very pleasant. The photos on the airbnb website are an accurate representation of what you get. The place is clean and well equipped. Necessary items, such as additional towels, bedsheets, pillows, kitchen appliances and basic hygiene products are all there. However shampoo and shower gel seemed to be missing. We had our own, so we didn’t bother asking, but considering Xhemi’s hospitality you should get that sorted. Speaking of hospitality, Xhemi was very polite, attentive and responsive. Getting a text back was usually a matter of few minutes. We had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi but she quickly sent someone to fix it and he solved it in no time. The apartment is located in a decent area. Everything is nearby. The beach is 5 minutes away by foot, many shops and restaurants are even closer. The place is far enough so that you are not bothered by the busy road nor Vlore’s nightlife. Long story short, Xhemi’s place is what it stands to be and in decent money

Een zeer prettig en opgeruimde accomodatie. Alles is beschikbaar en hebben we niets gemist. De strandbedjes voor strandseizoen waren zeer welkom. Ook daar is aan gedacht. En uiteraard het uitzicht en het strand op steenworp afstand. Een ideaal verblijf met de rust die we zochten.

I am very fussy. I spend hours perusing AirBnB looking for the perfect place.. THIS IS IT. Aspasia and her mother really care about their guests in a natural unobtrusive way. They are very special. The apartment is stylish but does not compromise on looks for comfort. It is very comfortable and everything you could possibly need is provided. All basic cooking provisions and some lovely surprises! The sea is right outside and it is possible to swim there but a two minute walk along the edge of the sea will take you to a gently shelving sand/shingle beach where you can easily enter the sea. The sea was beautifully clear and we saw lots of fish. We stayed a week and had a hire car to go around the island (recommended). We are out in the taverna's close to the apartment every night and really enjoyed them. if you are looking to stay in Lefkada - Stay here.

Byt přímo na pláži byl krásný , voňavý a čistý. Bylo v něm vše co jsme potřebovali pro pobyt. Klidné místo nedaleko centra. Velké plus parkování v garáži . Velice pohodlné postele , druhá ložnice dostačující na přespání ☺️

We absolutely loved the apartment! It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. I highly recommend it to everyone, except for elderly guests, as there are quite a few stairs. Other than that, it’s simply the best!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war einfach nur toll. Die gesamte Wohnung ist blitzsauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick auf das Meer spektakulär. Marjust ist ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber, der uns schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat, der uns herzlich in Empfang genommen hat und viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung und Restaurants gegeben hat. Wer ein paar Tage in Saranda verbringen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The appartment is in a new block of house. It is modern. The views from the balcony are outstanding. We were there at the end of October and the area was very peacefull, but in summer it might be crowdy.

Wir hatten 12 Tage perfekte Ferien, auch dank Peters toller Unterkunft an der Glyfada Beach, in der wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Danke! Peter ist sehr nett er gab uns auch viele wertvolle Tipps.

We loved our week here! The private beach really made it, you feel as though you've just been marooned on a desert island, so peaceful with the most stunning view. The stairs heading down are a bit tricky so take extra care, it’s certainly worth it once you’re down there. Achilles is a great host. Super responsive and solved any issues we had immediately, his mum lives upstairs and is also very friendly, as are the local cats who like to come and say hello. We found the bed super comfy, nice firm mattress and the bedroom windows has shutters to ensure the room stays completely dark so we always had a good night sleep. The washing machine is very handy and all detergent is provided along with toilet roll. Kitchen is well equipped as listed. We didn’t hire a car so we relied on the bus outside the house which takes 5 mins into Benitses. Without a doubt the best restaurant in town is Klimataria, just beautiful fresh and authentic food, the best seabass I have ever had!

My stay here was just what my partner and I wanted! We traveled in the off-season so not much was open except in the main city (no tourist restaurants or beach cafes), but exploring the city by the water was wonderful, plenty to eat and see. The stay was wonderful! Nice bathroom, beautiful outdoor area, and great company from the kitties. We were shown in and given plenty of information. Only down side was the bed…not the most comfortable sleep ever, but the beauty surrounding made up for it. ;) Thank you!

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche hier verbringen können und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da,was man brauchte. Der Strand und die Privatsphäre waren mega. Angelica war eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die uns in 2 Notsituatinen sofort zur Seite stand.Wir kommen sicherlich einmal wieder nach Korfu....und dann ins Caramela beach house.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Strandhäuschen in einer Häuserreihe und liegt in einem kleinen Ort, abseits von Tourismus (zumindest im April), alle Räume und der Außenbereich des Hauses waren blitzsauber. Zum Schlafen haben wir die obere Etage genutzt. Die Kommunikation zum Check in und Check out und auch zwischenzeitlich war unkompliziert und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen SelfCheckin und freuten uns über vorbereitetes Wasser, Kuchen, Orangen,..... es ist alles in Küche und Bad was man täglich braucht (Salz, Öl, Zucker, Handtücher ..). Wir (5 Personen) konnten hier gut ausspannen und wären gerne noch einen Tag länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage :)

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile in questa villa da sogno direttamente sulla spiaggia. Uno splendido giardino, molto curato, terrazze con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Il rumore del mare ti accompagna a ogni ora del giorno… La casa è ancora più bella che in foto, dotata di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno, per cucinare, grigliare, per rilassarsi all’aperto o in acqua. Non manca nulla. Antonia è un host eccezionale, ti fa sentire subito a casa e ti accoglie soddisfando ogni necessità, è generosa e cordiale. Un apprezzamento particolare per la pulizia e le dotazioni della casa, così come per la pace e la tranquillità. Anche i bambini sono stati felicissimi, così come il nostro cane Nando :-) Grazie, sogniamo di tornare

Liebe Maria, danke, dass wir dein schönes kleines Haus nutzen konnten. So nah am Meer zu wohnen, das war etwas besonderes. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich gefreut die Türen zu öffnen und sofort aufs Wasser zu blicken. Der kleine Mini-Supermarkt gleich nebenan war sehr praktisch und auch die Restaurant-Bar einladend. Der Oktober mit wenig Touristen war eine gute Zeit für unseren Aufenthalt und so war auch die Straße kein Problem. Auch die Kinder waren sehr glücklich bei dir. Wir kommen darum gerne wieder.

Wij hebben genoten van Maria’s huis. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en ze neemt de tijd voor uitleg. Prachtig uitzicht op zee, de kinderen hebben genoten van hun ‘privé’ strandje, karakteristiek Pizzo met leuke restaurants (met een klim) op loopafstand.

Great place to stay with amazing views, spacious and well equipped. Dhimitri was quick to respond and very helpful. Couple of grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy and tourism agency all within 1-3 min walk

Enea was very responsive to all my questions and gave us as much info as possible. The apartment was really clean and well equipped. We were staying during off-season so there was nobody else around and the beach bar was closed but it’s a beautiful spot and easy access to the beach.

AMAZING AIRBNB! ONE OF THE BEST I’VE EVER STAYED IN!! LOCATION WAS NICE AND THE HOST WAS AMAZING. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS THERE TO HELP WITH OUR REQUESTS!! WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!!

We loved our stay here. Very central and great location. The rooms were spacious and it was lovely to have a balcony.

What a great location and facility exceeded our expectations as was in perfect order. Rubin was readily available to address any questions and made our stay a perfect experience. Truly enjoyed out stay and hope to return. Great value and well kept secret!!!

Love the location! On city bus route, close to all services, beach nearby, and the view is spectacular. Feride was friendly and helpful. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
