Everything is newly renovated with high standards. Everyone will find their favorite room, and on the large plot (7500 sqm) you'll hear the laugh for a long time. Nearest neighbor is Elinghem pride, Elinghem odekyrka and 2 km from the house you will find wonderful Ire with one of Gotland's finest beaches (Ireviken), Iregard with café, restaurant, animals, tennis, horseback riding, shop and lots of other activities for the whole family. The garden, tranquility and walking distance to wonderful Ire makes this a magical place. On the garden, there is also a barn and 5 outbuildings that are empty and not used.

With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

Enjoy the tranquility of our nice little farm on Northern Gotland. Large garden with fruit trees, flowers, forest for adventure, lawn for football game or slumber in the hammock to the sound of birds chirping, sea noise and wind rush in the hardwood trees. The house is fresh, new finishes, fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and wonderfully squeaky floors. Inside there are six beds divided into two bedrooms. Fully equipped laundry room with coarse entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Unwind in this unique and harmonious 18th century home. The southern wing of Stenstu Herrgård has been recently restored and renovated. The limestone walls provide a calm and the new fully equipped kitchen makes the time off easy. Here you hang out in a beautiful, rural and secluded environment both inside and outside. Stenstu farm in Västerhejde dates back to the 13th century, located next to Västerhejde church and only 7 km south of Visby. It's a limestone dream close to most things.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
