Guest house holiday rentals in Irvine

We are a very private family and this stay was perfect! I work a very busy corporate job so when we take vacation I always appreciate the opportunity to have a peaceful place to stay! I cannot thank you enough for the hospitality. I will definitely save this as a place to visit again!

Felt right at home. Private and quiet but wonderful to be close to park and great walking for my dog. Close to everything but still a little jewel in the neighborhood I will definitely go back. Presley thanks you for the homemade peanut banana Treats.

I highly recommend Janet’s guest house. We felt right at home and hope to return soon. It’s a peaceful setting while being centrally located. Janet is a friendly, responsive and welcoming host.

It is awesome, but there are some ants that bites people in their sleep. everything else is awesome tho

Definitely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. It looks just like the pictures and very close to Disneyland. The hosts were also very nice and made everything easy for check-in and check-out! I definitely plan on staying again sometime in the future!

An absolutely beautiful home in a fantastic location. We stayed a week with our family of four at Kate's AirBnB. It was walkable to a lagoon beach, a playground, and restaurants. Parking was very easy. There were always plenty of spots on the street for grandpa and grandma to park. Additionally, Kate's home had a garage which made it easy to load/unload the kiddos. On top of that, Kate made it really easy to check-in and out. It was probably the most seamless transition into/out of a house we've had on the app!

This place is beautiful and cozy. I loved all the details, there was nice clean products to use in the bathroom and for the laundry. The beds were absolutely heaven to sleep in and it was nice to find some condiments offered in the fridge, all the little things that making it feel really welcoming and homey.

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

I absolutely loved staying at Graciela’s spot! The space was private and very clean. Although it’s a casita on someone’s property, this did not take away from privacy. We didn’t see or hear anyone/anything the night or next day. The host was very quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The space is definitely spacious for 4 and the room had a full kitchen ready for longer stays. I’ll be back soon!

Beautiful place! If you want a quiet and simple place to stay over the weekend this is a good place to stay in! Love the bathroom and I love how everything looks in the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place! Looks better in person and has a real homey feel to it, which makes you instantly comfortable. It also smelled really good upon entry which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very quaint spot, all the folks we travelled with stayed at a hotel and I’m so happy with our decision. It was quiet and lovely. I forgot my phone charger and they had they covered. Cute area nearby to walk for food, shops and coffee. Great place to stay!!

I come to LA area once a week for work and this is the best place I've Arbnb for my 1 night work stays. I had a whole little house to myself, not just a room, not just a remodeled laundry closet. This place is perfect and room for a couple

As adorable, if not more, than the listing. I enjoyed being able to bring my dog with me. I felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Every little detail in design and amenities were so thoughtful and I felt so at home. The hot tub was great, too

Very nice and clean place. I like that the mattresses are more firm and doesn't sink you in like most hotel ones. Checkin and parking was easy and straightforward.

Annelise's place was exactly as described-the photos were accurate. It was spotless, roomy and comfortable. The interior design is beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of light and fresh air from many windows throughout. Everything you need to get started is provided and markets/gas are nearby. She is a pleasant Host and quick to respond if you need her. We will definitely stay here again!

Very cozy little guest house at a convenient location close to lots of good restaurants and shopping centers. Would recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay for a few nights when visiting some family that is local. Everything was as described and we had no issues during our stay. The in-unit washer/dryer was a really nice addition.

Sandy’s place was nice and quiet. She was quick to response to any questions I had. I enjoyed my stay there a lot. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

The home was adorably decorated it suited our trip perfectly as it was our first time in Disneyland! The host was super atttentive, the home was nice and clean, overall we had a great stay.
