The house is located on a large plot and has a lovely wild and unspoiled garden to the south. There is an outdoor fireplace for evening fun on the terrace, and a Weber grill Playhouse for the small children in the garden, as well as berry bushes and herbs in the garden NOTE: A new entrance has been arranged, and a completely new bathroom has been built where there was previously a junior chamber. Enjoy a wonderful vacation in our cozy cottage just 400 meters from Dronningmølle beach, which is a wonderful long, family-friendly beach. On the house's 70 m2 wooden terrace, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with space for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offer cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops at the harbor and much more.

Welcome to Vivi-Vognen – a place where time stands still and nature knocks quietly outside the window. Here you wake up to birdsong, warm cow mules and the scent of fields and morning coffee. The beach house is 5min walk from a beautiful private-entry beach and 15min walk to downtown Tisvilde and has a beautiful private garden. The house consist of two separate cottages connected via a roofed patio and a spacious 200sqm terrasse/bbq area ideal for any warm or colder night or day with an outdoor dining table for 14 persons. The big cottage (120sqm): 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen, dining room and open living area. Cottage 2 (60sqm): 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom kitchen and living area.

The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

It sits almost at the end of a gravel road, on a bluff, with direct access to the fjord from the house. Oroe is about 1,5 hour’s drive from Copenhagen, and 1 hour from Roskilde.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The house is ideal for family fun, days at the beach and in the garden. The deer come to visit the garden, where the fireplace draws on long summer evenings. Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 people respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There is a ping pong table, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 passes almost directly by the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is only 3.5 km away.

The kitchen is fully functional and well equipped. The cabin is one big room with a double + single bed.
