Holiday rentals with a sauna in Iskandar Puteri

First time using Airbnb. Thought it was going to be a hassle but to my surprise, very clear and easy instructions, responsive landlord, and helpful security guard made for a seamless check-in. Upon check-in, place was tidy and clean with a great view and a stone’s throw away to Midvalley Southkey. Great location next to highway and Shell station in-front for convenient petrol top-up. Parking lots are spacious. Well equipped kitchen with clear instructions on usage of stove, and rubbish chute located next to the fire lift. Nice swimming pool and gym located on level 9. Convenient store and eateries at level 1. Wonderful stay. Highly recommended especially if you drive, the location is centralized to many JB places of interest and only 10 mins to the causeway. 15mins to play pickleball with friends at Permas Jaya, 10mins to Hai Kah Lang, 20mins to Premium Outlets.

Thank you for accepting our last minute booking! Rooms, kitchen and toilets were very clean! No visible dust seen during stay. Aircon were working perfectly. Clear instructions given by the host. And host was very fast in replying too 👍🏽 Unit is very suitable for big family. I had a family of 9, the beds were more than enough. They had extra mattress too. Nice view from the living room balcony. Cons; The cupboard was very close to the beds so you couldn't really open the cupboard door. If you're staying for 2 nights(like me), it shouldn't be a problem as you don't really need it. Swimming pool was closed too :( Kinda sad cos the whole family was looking forward to swim in the pool. Will definitely stay here again if I'm bringing my big family again!

Clean and neat apartment just nice for our family. Equipped with the things we need. Responsive and friendly host as well. Setback was just the toilet odour (could be due to sewage issue). Other than that all ok.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was quick to respond to all inquiries and issues, providing clear videos and instructions for finding the apartment and self-check-in. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and the host went above and beyond by accommodating an early check-in request. When we reported the kettle was not working, it was promptly replaced with a new one. Highly recommend this thoughtful and responsive host!

I had a great stay at Kee Yao’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was convenient, and Kee Yao was a helpful and responsive host. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The place was extemely clean and spacious! Jen was also very responsive and gave clear intructions to check in.

This house is very convenient for big family with young kids and just want stay around in KSL. Just downstairs and you will reach the mall. Cons not major but adults to look out at all time: - Balcony door unable to lock so if got young kids make sure they don't open themself. - Window can open easily just don't let the kids climb that high. - When we enter the hot water dispenser not working need use the electric kettle. Just keep try and error, on and off the switch magically it works at late night. 1 more issue but the host not able to settle I think. Is management of the building. ONLY 1 LIFT GO AS HIGH UP TO LEVEL 39/40? AND IS SUPER SLOW & IT TEND TO OVERLOAD EASILY EVEN THOUGH NOT 50% LOAD YET. Just an extra info to take note. Don't go up around check in time / dinner time kind. Long queue. Other than that, is a good stay for big family. The kids enjoy the big space☺️

Staying at twin tower residence at JB was an absolute pleasure! Andy is an amazing host, super friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the stay. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and hassle-free. The house was thoughtfully set up with everything you might need and to top it you get a good view of city—from a small but fully functional kitchen for basic cooking to a cozy TV setup with Netflix and other OTT platforms for entertainment. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again!

Andre place was exquisitely serene high floors with beautiful views and great for comfiness .. especially couples .. Oh location is kids friendly and with puteri harbour round the corner perfect for tourists spot and hanging outs . All amenities full equipped soake it like your own home. while you're far away from home ! best value worth spending and a considerate host he is. Thank you for having us Andre. 😉

Sri’s house was exactly as described and was such a cosy and comfortable home to my family during our stay. Place fits 6 pax comfortably. Full kitchen amenities provided and very pretty neighbourhood with a clubhouse access for facilities. Location is slightly out of town / touristy area so you will probably need to rent a car or to take a Grab/Gojek. We didn’t see much food options nearby except some local coffee shops. There’s a large supermarket nearby to stock up on groceries. All in all, would recommend for families visiting Batam!

Thank u so much my friends for making our stay just perfect! The house was fantastic n the care taken to make sure we were comfortable is just incredible. I'm super glad we found ur place n will certainly recommend this home to those visiting JB n looking for a large house to accommodate their large number of guests. Great value for money, great food nearby, n lots of local vibes like night market to look forward to. The biggest highlight for me personally was that the house had practically EVERYTHING a large group needed to keep themselves occupied. The care taken by the hosts and the attention to detail, putting themselves in guests shoes was really, next level. Cannot ask for anything more honestly. Anyone, who leaves a negative review or anything lesser then 5 stars, clearly is a rather fussy person and better off booking a hotel instead of an airbnb. The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
