Our villa is opposite the Diva Turka Hotel. You can spend a very comfortable time under the gazebo with a garden in the summer. It is within walking distance of the sea (400 metres) and is located in an area with private beach clubs. There are also public beaches and entrances. It is 17 km from the centre of Arsuz and 7 km from Iskenderun. When coming from Antakya to Arsuz, you can go to the house from across from Işıl Sitesi. There are 3 double bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is 1 living room, an entrance hall, a closed kitchen, a bathroom and a WC on the ground floor. There are a total of 3 air conditioners in the house. There are 2 smart cameras outside. There is a secure car park with an entrance into the garden. There are no dues. It has a separate entrance. There is clean asphalt in front of the house. There is the option to connect to the İskenderun-Arsuz road about 200 metres ahead. There is a private entrance to the Yalı Beach Club Hotel and the beach. Admission is free, but food and drinks are subject to a charge. There is a public beach in front of the Diva Turka Hotel. There is an A101 store on the roadside. Food is delivered to the house thanks to the nearby meat restaurants and bakeries. Lahmacun, tray kebabs and fried chicken on a tray are delivered to your home.
