Villa Rüya - Beautiful Holiday Home in Arsuz

Villa Rüya is located only 10 mins walk to the private beach and 4 km away from all bars and restaurants in Arsuz. The villa is fully furnished and comprises three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large open plan lounge with a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. We renovated the villa in 2025. The villa offers relaxing and enjoyable holiday for families. Please note that the villa is located in a quiet residential complex therefore it is not suitable for any parties.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. My house is a 2+1 and I use one room as a living room, the other room will be for my own guest, who will sleep on the sofa, the sofa opens. You can easily use the other items of the house except for my room, everything is available in the kitchen. You can use it however you want.
