Best place to stay if you like to go walking to find tons of great restaurants and bars. Very close to supermarket options, pharmacy, and basic supplies. The flat is located in one of the trendiest districts of Asuncion. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, quite comfortable for 5 people. The building has a 24-hour doorman, is safe and also has a very nice terrace.

Our stay was excellent. The place is brand new, modern, and met all our expectations. Everything was spotless and well equipped which made our experience even more enjoyable. We especially highlight the friendliness of the hotel receptionist, always attentive and willing to help at all times. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The location is great, very close to the malls and with easy access to everything we need. The neighborhood felt very safe, which brought even more comfort during the stay. Both the apartment and the structure of the building are great, spacious and well maintained. Also, the host has always been very kind and responded quickly whenever we need it. We really enjoyed the experience and would undoubtedly return!

The place was outstanding, I stayed in 3 different places during this trip, but Raquel’s was by far the best. The apartment is brand new, so everything works perfectly, the air con, the shower and the kitchen is very comfy, the area I enjoyed the most was the roof top, it’s big, you can appreciate the view of the whole city and the swimming pool is huge where you can actually swim. Oh you also have access to the gym and the barbecue area. Lastly, Raquel was super friendly and replied to me queries in no time. Would definitely come back if it’s available next time! Excellent location with many restaurants, villa morra park street food, supermarket nearby. The apartment is small but clean, comfortable and fully functional. Great bed! I would gladly stay again!

The apartment is new, compact and very practical, ideal for a comfortable stay. It has a good level of security and ample parking. From the balcony you can enjoy a nice view of a green park. As a detail to keep in mind, you hear some of the traffic on the street, in case you are sensitive to noise.

Good location, steps from Mcal López y Casa Rica shopping. Relatively safe neighborhood, you can walk quietly. The room is great for single person, you can bring guests and have a good time on the balcony equipped to do a family roast even. You have everything you need on hand! Very good place really.
