Discover the Threshing Barn at Little Upton, an ideal spot for group celebrations. Enjoy the spacious double-height kitchen and lounge with woodburner. Unwind in the covered hot tub and sauna, take a dip in the heated pool (open May to Sept) or play table tennis, pool, and table football. Explore nearby footpaths leading to three excellent pubs. We can help organise catering, pampering, and a wide range of activities, from archery and shooting to cider tasting, both on-site and off-site.

Large private gardens feature mature shrubs, flowers, trees, a Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. Dog friendly. The cottage is 100m from the lane, with parking available. Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
