On site Facilities include, showers, washing and toilets along with a cafe and shop. Also home made pizzas available from the wood burning pizza oven on a Fri evening.

Our 1930s Showmans wagon has been lovingly restored to provide a unique luxurious home. It has a bedroom, sitting room, and kitchen area, with an ecoloo. Situated in a gorgeous country garden in an AONB there are fantastic walks as well as two good pubs in close proximity. It is near to Tunbridge Wells, Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings, the South Downs and Sussex Coast and 25 minutes from Glyndebourne. N.B. tThe terrain is uneven & steps are steep without a handrail, the deck also has no railings.
