The ESF is 200 meters from the studio (either through the shopping mall or out through the garden). the first ski lifts are 100 meters from the apartment.

The apartment ,Ground garden of the cottage, is located in a residential area in absolute quiet with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.The Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live there and am therefore very available for guests.
