Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, near the sea. Family home with swimming pool, large and spacious terrace. 4 equipped bedrooms, 3 with air-conditioning, full kitchen, living room and laundry area, Wi-Fi, security camera, electric fence, water from the well and artesian well. 400 meters from the beach, close to restaurants, market, police station, UPA (Emergency Care Unit), gas station. We do not have bed and bath linens, it accommodates 10 people well. Space for 10 people.

A well-maintained outdoor area features a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants. Two white lounge chairs are positioned near the pool, and a shaded umbrella offers a retreat from the sun. A clean patio space enhances the inviting atmosphere.

Take the whole family to this beautiful and pleasant house located in the best area of Itamaracá Island, 150 meters from São Paulo Beach and about 1 km from Fort Orange, one of the island's main tourist attractions. The house has a swimming pool, barbecue, large L-shaped terrace, flat-screen TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, living room for two environments, fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a suite, have air-conditioning, are quite spacious, and I provide bed linen, pillows and bath towels.

The exterior of the house features a two-story structure with large windows and a covered patio. Greenery surrounds a well-maintained garden, dotted with stepping stones. A lawn area includes seating arrangements, providing a welcoming outdoor space for relaxation.

Space to socialize around the pool with barbecue, tables and exclusive bathroom in the area. All 4 bedrooms have split air conditioning, 3 of which are suites and a social bathroom. Wi-Fi and smart TV in the living room. Kitchen equipped with two refrigerators, microwave, stove and Airfryer. Just one hundred meters from the beach.
