Kiosk with a table: gather the family outdoors for dinner and play in this space equipped with a sink, wood-burning oven and barbecue grill that pairs beautifully with the kitchen's horizontal freezer. Há ainda 1 banheiro e 1 lavabo. Fica a 15 min a pé até a praia do Porto da Barra e ao Campo Grande e 20 min até o Farol da Barra. Tem rede na sala, cozinha com o básico, máquina de lavar roupa e vaga na garagem. O apto é simples e aos poucos estamos melhorando para poder receber melhor nossos convidados!

Beautiful Beach House

Beautiful beach house, in a gated community, with direct beach access and complete infrastructure; playground, soccer field and volleyball court. As for the house, it is very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. Cacha Pregos beach has still waters (like a swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200 meters from the beach, approximately 3 minutes on foot.

Apart Experiences

Complete apartment with living room, bedroom and kitchen in one room It is on the ground floor of a house located on the upper floor. The outside area is shared with the guests of the house who are often us, the hosts. The room can be arranged for a couple or 2 single beds. There's no TV. We do not accept pet.
