Room by the lake

Welcome to stay in our house located in the small picturesque village of Ekestad by Råbelövssjön 15 km north of Kristianstad. The house is located adjacent to our home. You have access to parts of the garden and swimming area. The idyllic surroundings offer fantastic opportunities for long forest walks, swimming, fishing, biking, paddling etc. and much more. There is also the possibility to bathe in a wood-fired sauna, eat dinner in a Viking house, etc. No pets are welcome. We prefer to rent for at least three days.

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Boytan är 180 m2, nyrenoverat med fullt utrustat kök, även nepresso för ditt morgon kaffe! Huset är inrett i modern lantlig stil kryddat med asiatiska influenser. Stora sällskapsytor och trädgård med syrenberså och barbecue. Skogen ligger på promenadavstånd. Närmsta badplats är Välje vid Virestad sjön. 15km till Älmhult och IKEA museum. 50 km till Växjö och 60 km till Glasriket.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of place and fantastic sandy beach and nice sea view from the house, about 150 meters to the shallow almost white sand beach. Close to activities for the children and plenty of excursions in the archipelago with the surrounding area.
